Hydroptère is a classic multihull with two huge foils (6 meters long). Those two "V" foils are fixed on the two external hulls. A unique inversed "T" foil is fixed on the central hull. This project managed by a french sailor -Alain Thébault- has a different objective than breaking the world speed record. In fact, this boat is more for trans-atlantic race than for pure speed race. Different prototypes were build.
